Questions and Answers Q–How often is Positivity IN FOCUS published? A– It is published four times a year. The publication times are Winter issue, Spring issue, Summer issue, and Fall issue. Q– PRL Publishing, what does that stand for? Q-I’d like to write an article for the magazine. Can I? A– Yes, we welcome article submissions. Decisions as to editing and publishing of materials is based on availability and is at the discretion of the publishers and editors. All rights are reserved on materials accepted for publication.
